We are proud to announce our recent partnership with award winning location software company What3words.
What3words provide a really simple way to talk about location. They have divided the world into a grid of 3m x 3m squares and assigned each one a unique 3 word address. It means anyone can accurately find any location and share it more quickly, easily and with less ambiguity than any other system.
So why has Metafour decided to incorporate What3words technology into our NetCourier delivery management system? Well, NetCourier is all about making delivery easier. The reality about current way addressing works, even in developed cities like London, is that it is not perfect. There are still many addresses that are difficult to find. Many times, an address does not necessarily point to a door or entrance, but rather a general building location. This can make delivery difficult and wastes valuable time.
